This disc is not renewable through standard gameplay, but can occasionally be found in ominous vaults within trial chambers, with a 7.5% chance of appearing as loot. Like other music discs, it is non-stackable and cannot be crafted.

When played, 'Creator' begins with a delicate music box intro, then evolves into a rich arrangement featuring accordion-like tones, clarinet, strings, electric piano, and acoustic guitar. The track climaxes with electric guitar and layered percussion before gently returning to its music box roots.
