Netherite Sword

A netherite sword is the strongest melee weapon in Minecraft, crafted by upgrading a diamond sword with a netherite ingot using a smithing table. It deals the highest base damage of any sword and has increased durability, making it the best weapon for combat. Unlike other swords, a netherite sword has knockback resistance, meaning the player is less affected by attacks while holding it. It can also be enchanted with Sharpness, Looting, Unbreaking, and Fire Aspect to maximize its effectiveness. Due to its strength and resistance to lava, a netherite sword is considered an essential tool for late-game survival and PvP.
