Amethyst Cluster

Amethyst Clusters are the final growth stage of amethyst buds that form on budding amethyst blocks, dropping amethyst shards when mined. These clusters go through various stages before reaching maturity and are a part of amethyst geodes, where they generate naturally on exposed faces of budding amethysts.

Amethyst clusters can be broken with a pickaxe, dropping 4 amethyst shards. The amount of shards can be increased with the Fortune enchantment. They emit a light level of 5, and small to large amethyst buds provide light levels of 1 to 4.

Amethyst clusters are used primarily for decoration, as they can grow and be placed on various solid blocks that provide a full surface. They are unable to be placed on non-solid blocks such as fences, walls, and glass panes. When interacted with, amethyst clusters emit a subtle sound, adding to their uniqueness.
