Andesite

Andesite is an igneous rock block commonly found in large underground pockets. It can be mined with any pickaxe; otherwise, it drops nothing. It can also be crafted from cobblestone and diorite.

Andesite is mainly used for building and crafting. It can be crafted into polished andesite, slabs, stairs, and walls. Journeyman-level masons may trade emeralds for andesite. Placing it under a note block creates a 'bass drum' sound.
