Crimson Trapdoor

Crimson Trapdoor is a wooden variant of the trapdoor that can be opened and closed manually without requiring redstone. It is craftable from crimson planks and is naturally fire-resistant, making it unique among wooden trapdoors.

Wooden trapdoors can be mined with any tool, but axes are the fastest. Unlike iron trapdoors, they can be toggled by players, redstone signals, or wind bursts from wind charges. When powered by redstone, they open instantly and remain open until the signal is removed.

Unlike Overworld wooden trapdoors, crimson trapdoors cannot be used as fuel. However, they can be placed under note blocks to produce a bass sound and are immune to fire and lava, making them ideal for Nether-based builds.
