Cut Copper Stairs are a variant of cut copper shaped into a stair-like structure. Unlike most stairs, they oxidize over time, transitioning through exposed, weathered, and oxidized stages. To prevent oxidation, they can be waxed with honeycomb.
Cut copper stairs generate naturally in trial chambers as waxed oxidized versions. They can be crafted from cut copper blocks or obtained via stonecutting. They have a hardness of 3 and require a stone pickaxe or better for mining. Like other copper blocks, they can be scraped with an axe or reset by lightning to revert oxidation.
