Deepslate Iron Ore

Deepslate Iron Ore is a variant of iron ore found in the deepslate layers of the Overworld. It generates naturally as part of large ore veins and can replace stone, andesite, diorite, granite, tuff, and deepslate. When mined with a stone pickaxe or better, it drops Raw Iron unless a Silk Touch enchantment is used.

Like regular Iron Ore, Deepslate Iron Ore can be smelted into Iron Ingots, which are essential for crafting tools, armor, and various other items. The Fortune enchantment increases the amount of Raw Iron dropped when mined. Additionally, placing Deepslate Iron Ore beneath a note block produces a bass drum sound.
