Dirt Path

Dirt Path is a decorative block commonly found in villages, serving as pathways for villagers.

Dirt Paths can be created by using a shovel on Dirt, Grass Blocks, Coarse Dirt, Mycelium, Podzol, or Rooted Dirt with air above it. In Bedrock Edition, they can also be obtained with a Silk Touch tool. Dirt Paths are slightly lower than regular blocks, preventing the placement of torches and buttons. They are mainly used for aesthetics and village navigation, but they also prevent hostile mob spawning. A Dirt Path converts to Dirt if a solid block is placed on top of it and can be tilled into Farmland using a hoe.
