Mossy Stone Brick Slab
Mossy Stone Brick Slab is the moss-covered variant of the stone brick slab, used primarily for decorative building with a more weathered or overgrown aesthetic. It can be placed as a top or bottom half-slab, or stacked to form a full block.
These slabs can be crafted from Mossy Stone Bricks or obtained through stonecutting, yielding two or more slabs per brick. They also generate naturally in ruined portals found across the Overworld. Like most slabs, they can be mined with any pickaxe—mining without one causes it to drop nothing.
Mossy Stone Brick Slabs can be used under note blocks to produce a bass drum sound. Their mossy texture makes them a perfect choice for ancient ruins, jungle temples, or overgrown structures where a blend of nature and structure is desired.
