Spruce Slab

Spruce Slab is a wooden slab variant crafted from spruce planks. It can be placed as a half-block or stacked to form a full block. Spruce slabs generate naturally in igloo basements, woodland mansions, shipwrecks, and taiga and snowy taiga villages.

Wooden slabs can be mined with any tool, but axes are the fastest. They can be used in various crafting recipes, including barrels, composters, lecterns, and daylight detectors. Spruce slabs can also be used as fuel, smelting 0.75 items per slab. Additionally, they can be placed under note blocks to produce a bass sound.
