Waxed Weathered Copper Door

Waxed Weathered Copper Door is a copper door variant that has been treated with honeycomb to preserve its weathered oxidation stage. Like other copper doors, it can be opened and closed manually without requiring redstone. It is craftable by combining a weathered copper door with honeycomb and does not oxidize further. Waxed weathered copper doors can be mined with any tool, but pickaxes are the fastest. Unlike iron doors, they can be opened by players, villagers, piglins, wandering traders, and vindicators.

Since it is waxed, the waxed weathered copper door retains its greenish-brown appearance indefinitely without progressing to further oxidation stages. In Hard difficulty, zombies and vindicators can break waxed weathered copper doors, making them less secure. However, they can still be controlled with redstone power. Additionally, waxed weathered copper doors can be used as air pockets underwater and in lava since they do not burn.
