Yellow Glazed Terracotta
Yellow Glazed Terracotta is a vibrant decorative block with a symmetrical pattern of yellow and brown geometric shapes, often resembling four-pointed stars or floral motifs. It is created by smelting Yellow Stained Terracotta in a furnace.
When placed, its orientation is based on the player's facing direction, allowing the pattern to connect across adjacent blocks. When arranged correctly in a 2×2 or larger grid, the textures align to form a continuous, unified design, making it popular for floors, walls, and ornamental patterns in bright, warm-toned builds.
Yellow Glazed Terracotta does not stick to slime or honey blocks, can be pushed by pistons, but cannot be pulled by sticky pistons, making it useful in redstone builds that require decorative yet immovable blocks.
It can be found naturally in mason houses within savanna villages, and placed under a note block, it produces a bass drum sound. It’s also available through mason villager trades at the expert level.
