Birch Pressure Plate

The Birch Pressure Plate is a Redstone component that activates when a player, mob, or item is placed on it. It functions identically to other wooden pressure plates but is made from birch wood. A Birch Pressure Plate is crafted using 2 Birch Planks in a 3×3 crafting grid. It does not generate naturally and must be crafted by the player.

When placed, a Birch Pressure Plate sends a Redstone signal while a player, mob, or dropped item is on it. The signal stops when the object is removed. Unlike a Stone Pressure Plate, a Birch Pressure Plate can be activated by items, arrows, or projectiles, making it useful for item-based Redstone mechanisms and traps.

A Birch Pressure Plate can be broken instantly by hand or with any tool. Unlike a Weighted Pressure Plate, it always emits a full Redstone signal when activated, making it useful for simple Redstone triggers and automatic doors.
