Cow

The Cow is a passive mob in Minecraft commonly found in plains, forests, and savannas. It is a farm animal that roams freely and does not attack the player. Cow drops 1–3 raw beef (or cooked beef if killed with fire) and 0–2 leather when killed. It also drops 1–3 experience upon death.

Cow can be bred using wheat. When two adult Cow are fed wheat, they enter "love mode" and produce a baby calf. Baby Cow take 20 minutes to grow into adults, but this time can be reduced by feeding them more wheat. Cow produces milk when right-clicked with an empty bucket. This milk can be used for crafting, baking, or removing status effects.

Cow are passive mobs and will never attack the player. They wander randomly, often in groups, and can swim in water. They make characteristic mooing sounds and can be useful for farms due to their multiple resource drops.
