Arrow of the Turtle Master (IV)

The Arrow of the Turtle Master (IV) applies the Turtle Master IV effect upon hitting a target. This effect grants Resistance IV, drastically reducing incoming damage, but also applies Slowness VI, almost completely immobilizing the affected player or mob. It can be used strategically for extreme defense or to severely hinder an opponent’s movement.

This arrow can be obtained either by crafting or by using a cauldron. To craft it, players must surround 8 arrows with a Lingering Potion of the Turtle Master (IV) in a crafting table. Alternatively, it can be made by dipping arrows into a cauldron filled with a Potion of the Turtle Master (IV).

The Infinity enchantment does not apply to this arrow, meaning each shot consumes an arrow from the player’s inventory.
