Leather Cap
A leather cap is a helmet crafted from leather, making it the weakest and least durable head armor in Minecraft. It provides minimal protection but is the only helmet that can be dyed in different colors using a crafting table or cauldron.
Leather caps can be obtained by crafting, looting structures such as villages and bastions, or dropped by zombies and skeletons wearing them. Although they offer little defense, they are useful for cosmetic purposes and can be enchanted with Protection, Unbreaking, and other armor enchantments.
Unlike other helmets, a leather cap is the only piece of armor that can be worn by players in powder snow to prevent freezing, making it useful in snowy biomes.
