Netherite Chestplate

A netherite chestplate is the most durable and protective chest armor in Minecraft, crafted by upgrading a diamond chestplate with a netherite ingot using a smithing table. It provides the highest level of protection, increased durability, and added knockback resistance, making it the best choice for combat and survival.

Netherite chestplates can be enchanted with Protection, Unbreaking, and Thorns to further enhance their effectiveness. They can also be repaired using netherite ingots in an anvil, though using the Mending enchantment is a more efficient way to restore durability.
