The Ominous Bottle (V) grants the Bad Omen V effect for 100 minutes (1:40:00) when consumed. It is the rarest and most powerful version of the Ominous Bottle, dropped by raid captains outside of raids. When under Bad Omen V, entering a village starts the most challenging raid, featuring the strongest waves of enemies with the highest difficulty and rewards. Near a non-ominous trial spawner, it transforms into Trial Omen V, triggering an extremely difficult custom event. This bottle is intended for experienced players seeking the ultimate challenge in raids or custom gameplay mechanics.
