Iron Ingot
Iron ingots are a metal resource obtained by smelting raw iron in a furnace or blast furnace. They can also be found in chests inside structures such as villages, shipwrecks, bastion remnants, and ancient cities. Additionally, iron golems drop iron ingots when killed, and zombies, husks, and drowned have a small chance of dropping them.
Iron ingots are primarily used to craft tools, weapons, and armor, including iron swords, pickaxes, axes, shovels, and hoes. They are also essential for making anvils, buckets, shears, flint and steel, compasses, and minecarts. Iron ingots are widely used in redstone contraptions, as they are needed for hoppers, pistons, and tripwire hooks.
Due to their versatility and abundance, iron ingots are one of the most important resources in Minecraft, serving as the foundation for combat, crafting, automation, and exploration.
