Magma Cube
Magma Cube is a hostile mob found in the Nether, primarily in Nether fortresses and basalt deltas. It behaves similarly to a slime, but it jumps higher, moves less frequently, and deals more damage. Unlike slimes, magma cubes are fireproof and can survive in lava, making them highly dangerous in their natural environment.
Magma Cubes drop 1 magma cream with a 25% chance (up to 57.14% with Looting III) upon death. When killed, larger magma cubes split into smaller ones, similar to slimes. The smallest magma cubes drop experience, while medium and large ones do not.
Magma Cubes cannot be bred and spawn naturally in Nether fortresses and basalt deltas. They are immune to fire, lava, and fall damage, making them one of the more persistent threats in the Nether.
Magma Cubes are hostile mobs and will attack players on sight. They jump toward their target, dealing melee damage on impact. Their jump height increases with size, allowing them to cover large distances quickly. Magma Cubes are more aggressive than slimes, as they jump more unpredictably and can survive even in extreme Nether conditions. Their fire resistance and ability to spawn frequently in dangerous areas make them a constant hazard when exploring the Nether.
