Warden
Warden is a powerful but avoidable hostile mob that spawns in the deep dark biome when a player triggers a naturally generated sculk shrieker four times. It is completely blind, relying on vibrations, smell, and touch to detect players and mobs. The warden is one of the strongest mobs in Minecraft, dealing massive damage with its melee attack and an unstoppable sonic boom that penetrates armor and obstacles.
Wardens drop 1 sculk catalyst upon death and 5 experience, though fighting one is extremely risky due to its immense strength. Wardens do not spawn naturally and cannot be bred. Instead, they emerge from the ground when a naturally generated sculk shrieker is triggered four times by a player within range. If a warden loses interest in all targets, it burrows back underground after 60 seconds, making it possible to avoid unnecessary encounters.
Wardens are hostile mobs that attack using two deadly abilities. Their melee attack is the strongest in the game, capable of instantly killing unarmored players. If a target is too far away, the warden unleashes a sonic boom, an armor-piercing ranged attack that cannot be blocked by shields or obstacles. Despite their power, wardens can be avoided by sneaking, staying silent, and using distractions like throwing snowballs or arrows to divert their attention. Hiding behind wool blocks also prevents sound from reaching them, making it possible to navigate deep dark biomes safely. Because of their overwhelming strength, wardens are meant to be escaped rather than fought.
