Light Blue Concrete Powder

Light Blue Concrete Powder is a gravity-affected block used primarily as a decorative material or as a precursor to light blue concrete. It is part of the concrete powder family, available in sixteen dye colors, and turns into solid concrete when exposed to water.

It can be crafted using light blue dye, sand, and gravel in any arrangement, producing eight blocks per recipe. Because crafting it requires sand—a resource that is only renewable through the wandering trader—it is considered semi-renewable. Gravel and dyes, however, are more easily obtained.

When placed, light blue concrete powder behaves like sand and gravel, falling if there is no solid block beneath it. If it touches water—whether by being placed into water, next to water, or falling into it—it transforms into solid light blue concrete. However, it does not solidify when falling past water, nor can it be transformed by rain or splash water bottles.

In addition to its decorative uses, light blue concrete powder can be placed beneath note blocks to produce a 'snare drum' sound.
