Smooth Sandstone

Smooth Sandstone is a refined variant of sandstone, obtained by smelting regular sandstone. It generates naturally in desert villages. Smooth sandstone can be mined with any pickaxe; otherwise, it drops nothing.

It has a hardness of 2, making it moderately durable. The block can be crafted into slabs and stairs or obtained through stonecutting. Smooth sandstone has no functional uses beyond decoration. Like other sandstone variants, it is unaffected by gravity and can be placed under note blocks to produce a bass drum sound.
