White Concrete Powder is a gravity-affected block used to create white concrete when it comes into contact with water. It is primarily a decorative material in Minecraft, valued for its bright, clean appearance and versatility in building.

To craft white concrete powder, combine 4 sand, 4 gravel, and 1 white dye in any arrangement in a crafting grid. This shapeless recipe yields 8 white concrete powder blocks. While the ingredients are technically renewable, sand is difficult to renew without exploits or wandering traders, making manual collection the most common method.

White concrete powder behaves like sand or gravel: it falls when unsupported. When it touches flowing water, a water source block, or a waterlogged block, it transforms into white concrete. It will not convert when simply falling through water, and weather like rain has no effect. Once solidified, white concrete becomes a sturdy building block that no longer obeys gravity.
