Respawn Anchor
The Respawn Anchor is a utility block that allows players to set their respawn point in the Nether. It is crafted using 6 Crying Obsidian and 3 Glowstone in a 3×3 crafting grid and does not generate naturally. To use a Respawn Anchor, players must charge it by adding up to four Glowstone blocks, with each charge allowing one respawn. The anchor's charge level is indicated by a glowing texture. If a player dies in the Nether while the Respawn Anchor is charged, they will respawn at the anchor instead of the Overworld spawn point. If the anchor has no charge, the player will respawn at world spawn instead.
Using a Respawn Anchor in the Overworld or The End causes it to explode, dealing heavy damage and destroying nearby blocks, similar to a Bed in those dimensions.
A Respawn Anchor can be mined with any tool, but pickaxes break it the fastest. Unlike a Bed, the Respawn Anchor is designed specifically for Nether survival, making it essential for players who explore or build long-term bases in the dimension.
