Crying Obsidian
Crying Obsidian is a luminous variant of obsidian that emits a light level of 10 and produces decorative purple dripping particles. It has high blast resistance and cannot be destroyed by the ender dragon, but it cannot be used to create nether portals.
Crying Obsidian generates naturally in ruined portals and can also be obtained through piglin bartering. It is primarily used to craft respawn anchors, which allow players to set a respawn point in the Nether. Like regular obsidian, it cannot be pushed or pulled by pistons and produces a bass drum sound when placed under a note block.
