Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate
The Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate is a Redstone component that activates when entities or items are placed on it. Unlike Stone or Wooden Pressure Plates, it outputs a variable Redstone signal based on the number of entities or items present, but requires a larger amount to increase the signal strength compared to a Light Weighted Pressure Plate. A Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate is crafted using 2 Iron Ingots in a 3×3 crafting grid. It does not generate naturally and must be crafted by the player.
When placed, a Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate sends a Redstone signal that increases in strength depending on the number of entities or dropped items on it. The signal ranges from 1 to 15, with each signal level requiring 10 items or entities to increase. Unlike a Light Weighted Pressure Plate, it is less sensitive and is better suited for detecting large amounts of items or entities.
A Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate can be broken instantly by hand or with any tool. Unlike a Stone Pressure Plate, it can be activated by dropped items, making it useful for high-capacity item-based Redstone contraptions, sorting systems, and entity detection setups.
