Bucket of tropical fish is obtained by using a water bucket on a tropical fish in warm ocean biomes. It allows players to transport and release tropical fish anywhere.

Bucket of tropical fish is primarily used for aquariums, fish farms, and decoration. Unlike other fish types, tropical fish cannot be cooked but can be used to feed axolotls, making them useful for breeding axolotls in Minecraft.
