Glass bottles can be filled with water by right-clicking on a water source, which is essential for brewing awkward potions in a brewing stand. They are also used to collect honey from a full bee nest or beehive, producing a honey bottle. Additionally, players can obtain dragon’s breath by using a glass bottle on the lingering breath effect left by the Ender Dragon, which is required to craft lingering potions.

Empty glass bottles are returned after consuming potions, honey bottles, or dragon’s breath, making them reusable. Due to their multiple uses in brewing, crafting, and potion-making, glass bottles are an essential item for alchemy and resource collection in Minecraft.
