Gold Nugget

Gold nuggets are items used to craft gold ingots and other gold-related items. They can be obtained by smelting gold tools, weapons, and armor, killing zombified piglins, or looting bastion remnants and ruined portals.

Nine gold nuggets can be crafted into one gold ingot, making them a valuable resource for trading with piglins, crafting golden carrots, golden apples, and glistering melon slices, and creating powered rails.

Since one gold nugget is effectively worth one-ninth of a gold ingot, they are commonly used for incremental gold crafting and resource conversion in Minecraft.
