Spruce Sapling
Spruce Sapling is an item in Minecraft. It can be obtained by trading with villagers.
Spruce Saplings are tree saplings obtained by breaking or letting Spruce Sapling leaves decay. They have a 5% drop chance from leaves and can be collected more efficiently using a tool enchanted with Fortune, which increases the drop rate.
Spruce Saplings can be planted on dirt, grass, podzol, or moss blocks and will grow into a Spruce Sapling tree when exposed to sufficient light. Using bone meal speeds up their growth. Placing four Spruce Saplings in a 2x2 formation allows them to grow into a giant Spruce Sapling tree, which yields more wood and creates a podzol-covered area around its base.
Spruce Sapling trees are a valuable source of Spruce Sapling logs, used for crafting dark-colored wood, and are commonly found in taiga and snowy biomes. Due to their high wood yield and easy growth mechanics, Spruce Saplings are a popular choice for large-scale tree farms.
