Copper Ore

Copper Ore is a mineral block that generates underground in the Overworld and is the primary source of Raw Copper, which can be smelted into Copper Ingots.

Copper Ore must be mined with a stone pickaxe or better, dropping 2-5 Raw Copper (increased with Fortune, up to 20 with Fortune III). Deepslate Copper Ore is a tougher variant found at deeper levels. Copper Ore is primarily used for smelting into Copper Ingots, which can craft Copper Blocks, Spyglasses, and Lightning Rods. It does not oxidize like Copper Blocks.
