Deepslate Gold Ore

Deepslate Gold Ore is the deepslate variant of gold ore, found in deepslate and tuff layers. It must be mined with an iron pickaxe or higher; otherwise, it drops nothing. Without Silk Touch, it drops raw gold, with Fortune increasing the yield (up to 4 raw gold with Fortune III).

Deepslate Gold Ore is harder to mine than regular gold ore due to its increased hardness. When smelted, it produces a gold ingot. Mining gold ore near Piglins makes them hostile, and placing it under a note block creates a 'bass drum' sound.
