Gray Banner

Gray Banner is a decorative block that can be customized with various patterns using dyes and banner patterns. It is crafted using six gray wool and a stick, and its base color cannot be changed once crafted. Banners can be placed on the ground or walls, swaying slightly as if affected by wind.

A Gray Banner can be customized using a loom, with up to six layers of patterns applied. It can also be copied onto a blank banner of the same base color, renamed using an anvil, and used as a map marker in Java Edition. Additionally, banners can be applied to shields to transfer their pattern.

Gray Banners generate naturally in woodland mansions, specifically in the banner room. They cannot be moved by pistons and are non-solid, allowing entities to pass through them. When placed under a note block, they produce a bass sound.
