Beacon
Beacon is a block in Minecraft. It can be crafted. It emits light at level 15.
The Beacon is a powerful block that grants status effects to players within its range when activated. It is crafted using 5 Glass, 3 Obsidian, and 1 Nether Star in a 3×3 crafting grid and does not generate naturally. A beacon must be placed on a pyramid base made of Iron, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, or Netherite Blocks. The size of the pyramid determines the available effects and range, with a maximum of four levels. A fully powered beacon can grant Speed, Haste, Resistance, Jump Boost, Strength, or Regeneration to nearby players.
A beacon emits a light beam that can be customized by placing Stained Glass above it. The beam is visible from a long distance and now reaches up to 2048 blocks high, making it useful as a navigation marker. A beacon can be mined with any tool, but pickaxes break it the fastest.
