Allium
Allium is a flower that generates in Flower Forests and Meadows and can be used to craft magenta dye. Alliums can be mined instantly with any tool and drop themselves when broken. They generate naturally on grass and dirt blocks in specific flower gradient areas of their biomes. Potted alliums can also be found in woodland mansions, and in Bedrock Edition, they can appear in mansion chests.
In Java Edition, applying bone meal to a grass block in a flower forest or meadow has a chance to generate alliums. In Bedrock Edition, bone meal can also be applied directly to an allium to grow more nearby.
Alliums can be used to craft Suspicious Stew, which grants a Fire Resistance effect when consumed. They can also be placed in flower pots for decoration. Bees pollinate alliums, increasing the honey level in beehives and nests. Additionally, oak, birch, and cherry trees grown near alliums have a 5% chance to spawn with a bee nest containing bees. Alliums can be composted with a 65% chance to increase the compost level. They are sometimes sold by wandering traders for one emerald.
