Dandelion
Dandelion is a flower that naturally generates in many biomes and can be used to craft yellow dye and breed rabbits. Dandelions can be mined instantly with any tool and drop themselves when broken. They generate in plains, savannas, forests, jungles, meadows, and other grassy biomes. In Java Edition, applying bone meal to a grass block in these biomes has a chance to generate dandelions. In Bedrock Edition, bone meal can generate them in any biome except swamps and flower forests.
Dandelions can be used to craft Suspicious Stew, which grants a Saturation effect when consumed. They can also be placed in flower pots for decoration. Bees pollinate dandelions, increasing the honey level in beehives and nests. Additionally, oak, birch, and cherry trees grown near dandelions have a 5% chance to spawn with a bee nest containing bees.
Dandelions can be composted with a 65% chance to increase the compost level. They can also be found in plains village chests with a 22.8% chance and are sometimes sold by wandering traders for one emerald.
