Orange Tulip

Orange Tulip is a flower found in plains and flower forests and can be used to craft orange dye. It is one of four tulip variants, alongside red, pink, and white tulips.

Orange Tulips can be mined instantly with any tool and drop themselves when broken. They generate in specific tulip-only areas within plains and sunflower plains and appear in flower forests as part of the flower gradient system. Potted orange tulips can also be found in woodland mansion. In Java Edition, applying bone meal to a grass block in specific biomes has a chance to generate Orange Tulips. In Bedrock Edition, bone meal can also be applied directly to an Orange Tulip to grow more nearby.

Orange Tulips can be used to craft Suspicious Stew, which grants a Weakness effect when consumed. They can also be placed in flower pots for decoration. Bees pollinate Orange Tulips, increasing the honey level in beehives and nests. Additionally, oak, birch, and cherry trees grown near Orange Tulips have a 5% chance to spawn with a bee nest containing bees. Orange Tulips can be composted with a 65% chance to increase the compost level. They are sometimes sold by wandering traders for one emerald.
