Powered Rail
Powered Rail is a block in Minecraft. It is crafted from Gold Ingot ×6, Stick ×1, and Redstone Dust ×1.
The Powered Rail is a special type of rail that increases or decreases the speed of Minecarts depending on whether it is powered by Redstone. It is used in automated railway systems and high-speed transportation. A Powered Rail is crafted using 6 Gold Ingots, 1 Stick, and 1 Redstone Dust in a 3×3 crafting grid. It does not generate as a placed block, but abandoned mineshaft chests can contain it.
To use a Powered Rail, the player must place it on a solid block. When powered by Redstone, it increases the speed of Minecarts traveling over it. When unpowered, it acts as a brake, slowing down and eventually stopping Minecarts. A continuous track of Powered Rails allows for fast and automated travel. A Powered Rail can be broken with any tool, but pickaxes break it the fastest.
