Ominous Bottle (IV) is an item in Minecraft. It can be found in chests.

The Ominous Bottle (IV) grants the Bad Omen IV effect for 100 minutes (1:40:00) when consumed. It is a rare drop from raid captains outside of raids and represents a higher tier of difficulty for triggered events. With Bad Omen IV, entering a village starts a raid featuring even stronger waves of enemies, offering a significant challenge and increased rewards. Near a non-ominous trial spawner, it transforms into Trial Omen IV, activating an advanced and more difficult custom event. This bottle is suited for players seeking to test their skills in high-stakes combat or intense custom gameplay scenarios.
