Goat

Goat is a neutral mob found in mountainous biomes. It is known for its ability to jump high and ram mobs and players. Goats are a source of goat horns and milk, making them useful for various in-game mechanics.

Goats do not drop any items upon death but can drop goat horns when they ram into solid blocks such as stone, coal ore, copper ore, iron ore, emerald ore, logs, and packed ice.

Goats can be bred using wheat. When two adult goats are fed wheat, they enter love mode and produce a baby goat, granting the player 1–7 experience. Baby goats take 20 minutes to grow into adults, but their growth time can be sped up by feeding them wheat, reducing the remaining time by 10% per feeding.

Goats are neutral mobs and typically ignore players. However, they may randomly ram nearby mobs or players, knocking them back. Goats do not take fall damage, allowing them to survive jumps from high cliffs. They also follow players holding wheat if they are within ten blocks and can be attached to a lead for easy transport. Milk can be collected from a goat using a bucket, similar to cows.
