Nether Gold Ore

Nether Gold Ore is a variant of gold ore found exclusively in the Nether. It must be mined with a pickaxe; otherwise, it drops nothing. Without Silk Touch, it drops 2–6 gold nuggets, with Fortune increasing the yield (up to 24 with Fortune III). Smelting it yields a gold ingot.

Mining Nether Gold Ore near Piglins makes them hostile, even if the player is wearing gold armor. Placing it under a note block creates a 'bass drum' sound.
