Waxed Copper Chain
The Waxed Copper Chain is a decorative and functional block used to hang or connect objects, serving as the copper counterpart to the Iron Chain. It is crafted by applying Honeycomb to any unwaxed Copper Chain variant, preventing further oxidation and preserving its current appearance. Unlike unwaxed copper chains, the Waxed Copper Chain does not change color over time, maintaining its chosen oxidation stage permanently.
The Waxed Copper Chain can be placed both vertically and horizontally to suspend bells, lanterns, copper lanterns, and hanging signs, connecting seamlessly to their textures. It can float freely without support, be walked on when placed horizontally, and is waterloggable. The block can be pushed by pistons and requires a pickaxe to drop when mined. The Waxed Copper Chain shares the same hardness, blast resistance, and sound properties as iron chains, offering a stable and aesthetic option for builders who want a preserved copper finish.
