Waxed Copper Lantern
The Waxed Copper Lantern is a decorative light source representing the preserved, unoxidized form of the Copper Lantern. It features a bright copper-orange casing and emits a steady green flame with a light level of 15. As a waxed variant, it does not oxidize over time, permanently maintaining its polished copper appearance. The Waxed Copper Lantern can be placed on top of blocks or suspended beneath them and connects seamlessly to Copper Chains for detailed lighting arrangements.
The Waxed Copper Lantern is obtained by applying Honeycomb to a regular Copper Lantern, preventing further oxidation. It remains waterloggable, non-flammable, and drops itself when mined or when its supporting block is removed. With a hardness and blast resistance of 3.5, the Waxed Copper Lantern offers both durability and a clean, untarnished aesthetic, making it ideal for builders who prefer a bright copper finish that remains unchanged.
