Open Eyeblossoms can be placed on grass, dirt, coarse dirt, rooted dirt, farmland, podzol, mycelium, moss, pale moss, mud, or muddy mangrove roots, and can also be placed in flower pots. They can be used to craft Suspicious Stew, granting Blindness for 11 seconds in Java Edition and 7 seconds in Bedrock Edition.
Bees pollinate Open Eyeblossoms but take poison damage when touching them unless the game is set to Peaceful. They can be used to lead bees but cannot be used to breed or grow them. Additionally, oak, birch, and cherry trees grown near Open Eyeblossoms have a 5% chance to spawn with a bee nest containing bees. Open Eyeblossoms can be composted with a 65% chance to raise the compost level, making them useful for composting.
