Detector Rail
Detector Rail is a block in Minecraft. It is crafted from 6 Iron Ingot, 1 Stone Pressure Plate, and 1 Redstone Dust.
The Detector Rail is a special type of rail that emits a Redstone signal when a Minecart passes over it. It is used in Redstone contraptions, automated railway systems, and traps. A Detector Rail is crafted using 6 Iron Ingots, 1 Stone Pressure Plate, and 1 Redstone Dust in a 3×3 crafting grid. It does not generate naturally and must be crafted by the player.
To use a Detector Rail, the player must place it on a solid block. When a Minecart moves over it, the rail activates and emits a Redstone signal for as long as the cart remains on it. This signal can be used to trigger Powered Rails, Redstone doors, dispensers, or other Redstone mechanisms. A Detector Rail can be broken with any tool, but pickaxes break it the fastest.
