This arrow can be obtained either by crafting or by using a cauldron. To craft it, players must surround 8 arrows with a Lingering Potion of Night Vision in a crafting table. Alternatively, it can be made by dipping arrows into a cauldron filled with a Potion of Night Vision.
The Infinity enchantment does not apply to this arrow, meaning each shot consumes an arrow from the player’s inventory.
