Fletcher

The Fletcher is a villager profession in Minecraft that specializes in trading archery and ranged combat-related items. It uses the Fletching Table as its job site block, which allows unemployed villagers to take on the profession when placed nearby.

Trades include arrows, bows, and crossbows, as well as useful resources like flint, feathers, and sticks, making them a great source for ranged weapons and ammunition. At higher levels, they offer enchanted bows, enchanted crossbows, and tipped arrows that apply status effects on impact.

They progress through five levels—Novice, Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, and Master—unlocking better trades as they gain experience. They can be leveled up by trading emeralds, sticks, flint, and string.

Fletchers can be zombified and cured to reduce trade costs, making them useful in trading halls. They spawn naturally in villages.
