Skeleton Horse
Skeleton Horse is a passive mob in Minecraft. Skeleton Horse has 15 health points (7.5 hearts). When killed, Skeleton Horse drops 0–2 Bone.
Skeleton Horse is an undead variant of the horse that occasionally spawns when lightning strikes, triggering a Skeleton Trap event. When a player approaches a Trap Horse, it is struck by lightning, causing four skeleton horsemen (skeletons riding skeleton horses) to appear and attack. Skeleton Horses drop 0–2 bones upon death, which can be increased with the Looting enchantment.
Skeleton Horses cannot be bred, fed, or healed with food like regular horses. They spawn exclusively from Skeleton Traps, making them a rare and unique mount. Skeleton Horses must be tamed before they can be ridden. Once tamed, they can be equipped with a saddle, allowing the player to control their movement. Unlike normal horses, they do not require food and cannot wear armor.
When ridden, Skeleton Horses are one of the fastest means of transportation and can jump up to five blocks high, allowing them to clear obstacles like fences and steep terrain easily.
