Zombie Horse

Zombie Horse is an undead variant of the horse with greenish skin and black eyes. Like other undead mobs it does not burn in sunlight, and equipping it with horse armor further shields it from sunlight.

As of the Mounts of Mayhem update, zombie horses spawn naturally in Survival as part of zombie horsemen — a zombie wielding an iron spear riding the horse — appearing at night or in low light. They can be saddled and ridden, and can wear leather, iron, golden, diamond, or netherite horse armor. Red mushrooms are used to tempt and heal them, and they can be led with a lead. Zombie horses cannot be bred or fitted with chests.

Zombie horses have 25 health points. When killed they drop 2-3 rotten flesh, along with any saddle or horse armor they were wearing. Despite their undead appearance they are not hostile, behaving much like ordinary horses in movement speed and jump height.
